LCFC Coach Coordinator Team
The Club Coaching Coordinator program was started in 2019 at Lane Cove FC to provide support, resources and guidance to coaches within grassroots football. In 2021, Pete Crawford was selected to the Head of Coaching role, supported by Sarah Uff as Community Coach Manager and Peter Luke as Development Squad Coordinator. We welcomed Jamie Odgers & Tamara Glanville-Williams to late 2021 as we begin to plan for the Winter Season.
The CCC team facilitate and promote initiatives to boost coach education within the club and to embed the Lane Cove Way principles into our coaching methodology. This includes but is not limited to coaches pre-season and post-season events, coach education workshops, mentoring and general overseeing of training nights throughout the season.
