Lane Cove FC Men’s All Age Football

Looking for a club on the lower North Shore of Sydney to play your football?  At Lane Cove FC , we offer experienced players or those coming back to the game after a number of years, friendly community football. Whether you want to play at a high level in club football, or whether you want a kick around with your friends, Lane Cove can provide you with a great atmosphere and great team-mates.

The Men’s All Age competition is open to to those from 18 years upwards. If you are a little “more experienced in life”, Lane Cove Football Club also offers Men’s Over 35 and Over 45 squads. For further details visit our Men’s O35/45 page here.

Lane Cove generally has three or four squads in the NSFA Men’s All Age competition. That’s over 100 players! We field squads in a number of divisions which offers a challenge to players of higher skill level and fitness, and fun and competitive football to players of all standards.

For the 2024 season the squads playing are Premiers (top amateur league in north shore football association competition), Div 3, 6,7 & 8. This accommodates the highly skilled and competitive as well as the more social players. Our higher division men’s all age squads are comprised of a ‘first’ team and a ‘reserves’ team – for 2024 this is the Premier League and Division 3 squads. Each team plays in its own competition but, as a squad, train together and the individuals remain in the same team or can switch during the season with opportunities to move up within your own squad. The squad matches usually play one after another which creates a great atmosphere on the weekend as both teams support each other.

Training and “home” games are played at Blackman Park, Lloyd Rees Drive, Lane Cove West. Training is currently Monday and/or Thursday evenings and games are usually on Saturday afternoons.

The club watering hole is Longueville Sporting Club, where teams generally gather after games on Saturday afternoons.

The Club provides playing shirts (which must be returned), and all training equipment for the teams. Players need to purchase shorts and socks. LCFC playing shorts and socks can be purchased through our equipment supplier 2Reds, via the e-store.
